Sailor Selene / Sailor Serenity by CM-Illustrations Sailor Selene / Sailor Serenity by CM-Illustrations
My printer finally works! :boogie:
Yeah, I feared that my printer had finally packed up, (Which it shouldn't have, since it's not that old), but as it turns out, the inks that I had sitting under my desk had just dried up.
After buying some more, I was finally able to print out the lines without any problems :D

EDIT::31st August 2012
Finally finished! :dummy:
I went to the shop yesterday to buy glue, and came back without it, so I had to go out and get some today instead.
Damn, I'm easily distracted.

Finished the lineart, and made the background two days ago, and I glued everything together today :aww:

Also, I realize that my knowledge of Greek Mythology isn't that great, and although I did do my research on the Greek Gods while making this series in '10, there are still mistakes in the names, but I have been corrected SO many times in the past, that I would greatly appreciate it if you guys would not correct me again, as I'm getting fairly tired of being told the same things time after time.

I apologize if this may sound rude of me, but understand that it's not my intention, I'm just tired of all the debates on this.
I WONT be re-naming the names of the original God Senshi's I created, as I plan on re-drawing the enitre series again when I have the time, and will be correcting the names and information then.

This is a re-draw of a picture I originally drew in 2010, I really didn't like Selene's original fuku, which I designed for her, and there were a whole ton of anatomy mistakes, plus the colouring looked very rushed in my opinion, and I was just overall, very unsatisfied with it, hence why I drew a better version of it :)
This time around, I based her fuku more on her Princess attire, but kept her gloves and shoes the same, but altered the design of the shoes a little, and I also changed the colour from red to pink, so it's based more on the colours from the manga. :aww:

I also changed her staff, so the design is alot simpler, and I wanted it to resemble her Moon Wand that Sailor Moon has in the first series, I made the staff silver instead of pink, as I didn't want too much of the same colour in the picture, plus I felt it would be more Princess-like to have it silver instead of pink ;P

This is Usagi's God/Godess form, Sailor Selene/Sailor Serenity.
Selene is the sister of Helios and she is the Goddess of the Moon.

Pretty! I like the color scheme, the design of her uniform, and how you colored the pink parts.
